Tunis - A History

The region of Maghrib (North-West Africa), especially modern-day Tunisia is an area steeped in rich Islamic heritage and historical significance for it is renowned as the land of the Zuhur of Aimmah Fatemeyeen A.S. The area, with its still standing monumental structures, serves as a living testament to the profound spiritual and cultural influence of the Fatimid era and stands as a crucial site for understanding the Fatimid legacy.

Highlighting this deep connection, the historic journey undertaken 55 years ago (in 1389H)  by Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin R.A, and with him Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin T.U.S to Tunisia and other countries of Maghrib plays a pivotal role in linking the present with the past.
